Each Thursday, the new Saint Agnes Health Institute partners with Hungry Harvest’s “Produce in a SNAP,” a Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program that pairs access to healthy foods with patient education. The offering aims to address community health needs by increasing access to improve the overall well-being of the Baltimore community. Members of the community are invited to purchase a bag of fresh fruits and veggies valued at $15 for just $7. The markets also accept SNAP benefits.
