Carroll County Valor Foundation assists critically injured 1st Responders of Carroll County. This is their only fund-raiser. There are raffles and door prizes. Plus great food to buy that night. Cash bar. The great Oldies Band, The Rock & Roll Relics, will provide the music and take you back to the 50s, 60s and 70s.
