Until just recently this Harford Road restaurant was known as the Chameleon. The new owners include a Chameleon veteran and a chef Andrew Weinzirl who worked with founding chef Jeff Smith during the transition. That's good news for fans of the pioneering farm-to-table restaurant. --Richard Gorelick
